Jack McDougle serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, a business organization with a 130-year legacy in the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, and suburban Maryland. Under his leadership, the Board and its diverse membership are advancing initiatives to improve infrastructure and business throughout the Greater Washington region.
With over two decades of experience collaborating across business, government, and nonprofit sectors, Jack is dedicated to strengthening competitive advantage. He supports teams navigating complex environments by fostering global perspectives, innovative and collaborative cultures, and adaptability to change. His approach encourages the development of creative and practical solutions to challenging circumstances.
Jim Malloy, a retired vice admiral, concluded his active-duty service in October 2022. Cardinal Wilton D. Gregory subsequently appointed him as president and CEO of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington, with his tenure commencing on July 1, 2023.
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington delivers vital assistance to all individuals in need regardless of their background. In the past year, the organization served more than 4 million meals, provided medical and dental care to 8,733 individuals, supplied 1,035 beds nightly for both men and women, and supported over 158,000 people.
Kristen Hohman is a business leader with over 30 years of experience in finance, sales, strategy, and human resources, working in organizations ranging from small startups to the Fortune 100.
As co-founder of CodeCargo, a software startup bringing the power of artificial intelligence to the developer experience, Kristen works with a team of talented engineers and executives to help Fortune 1000 companies deliver software faster.
Kristen is currently a member of the board at Catholic Charities of DC, and has served as a Trustee, and Chair of the Board of Trustees at Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart, where she spent 19 years as a parent, volunteer, and dedicated fundraiser.

Dave DiLuigi serves as the Head of U.S. Markets for Wilmington Trust’s Wealth Management division. In this role, Dave helps define the firm’s strategic direction and leads the delivery of comprehensive financial solutions to its clients. Wilmington Trust, a subsidiary of M&T Bank Corporation (MTB: NYSE), works with high-net worth and ultra high-net worth individuals, families, endowments and foundations. Dave has been with the company for 33 years, is the current Board Chair at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington and Treasurer of the board at Mt. St. Mary’s University.
